Mindfree Calligraphy School (Takamatsu, Kagawa Prefecture) is committed to improving accessibility so that all visitors can use our website with ease. We strive to ensure that everyone—regardless of disability—can use our services with confidence, in compliance with relevant domestic and international laws and guidelines.

Relevant Laws and Standards

Our school aims to comply with the following laws and standards:

  • Act for Eliminating Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities (enforced in 2016): Requires private businesses to provide “reasonable accommodation” and to make efforts to eliminate discriminatory treatment.

  • JIS X 8341-3:2016: The Japanese Industrial Standard for web accessibility, aligned with the W3C’s WCAG 2.0.

  • Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD): Ratified by Japan, ensuring equal access to ICT for all individuals.
